Items are listed in the most accurate condition possible and items are listed as New or Used in the Product Condition listing between Sales Tax and Accepted Payment Methods. Please see the following list for clarification and email me with any specific questions. Also- Please note any used CD/DVD that has scratches has been resurfaced with a professional grade Azuradisc polishing machine before being sent out. This type of machine returns the read side of the CD to a glass-like finish. Please see my website at http://discologyreno.com/about/ for more information and then email us if you want any of your discs polished. Also note that some CDs or DVDs are promo copies and will be noted as such within their description. If an item has an unrepairable scratch to the top of the disc, then a note will also be provided and a guarantee of play through. SEALED/NEW: Just as described. May have a hold punch or saw cut but that will be listed in the items description. NEAR MINT/LIKE NEW: No physical wear and the CD is in scratch free condition. Liners/booklet are like new. VERY GOOD: CD is scratch free. Liners/booklet may not be 100% perfect and may have some occasional bending or crimps/fingerprints from the jewel case or original owner. GOOD: Expected long-term wear to the liner notes/booklet, but the CD is still scratch free. Anything below this condition will have a specific note with the item. Also, any item with a particular oddity like a barcode hole punch or saw cut will be noted. If a CD is sealed and has a barcode hole punch, then it will still be listed as Sealed or Like New with the added note of having a barcode punch. Also- Please note that the pictures for most items are stock pictures and only occasionally are actual photos of the actual items used.
Within the Continental US-- -All orders up to two CDs are mailed using First Class shipping. -All orders with more than two CDs and/or orders with any quantity of vinyl are mailed using Media Mail or sometimes Parcel Post. Unfortunately, with the US Postal Service cutbacks and delivery days reduced, please expect that your Media Mail order will take longer than usual in some cases. There is no end date for Media Mail and it can take a month or more to arrive. If you would like to have your order upgraded to a different shipping status, please email before placing the order and we can send it out using a more expensive but faster, more guaranteed service. Outside the Continental US-- -All orders outside the Continental US are mailed using First Class Mail International when available or the cheapest/fastest possible option.
I am able to process payments using PayPal. If you want to pay by a different method (i.e. Check or Money Order), then please email me at email@example.com. Please be aware that if I agree to take an alternate form of payment like a check, I will not be able to hold the item until payment arrives. In the case of checks, there will be a processing time of five business days for it to clear the bank.
Items are refundable, less shipping, as long as they are returned within 14 business days and are in the exact same condition as sent in. Please email before sending back any item.
